I strive to provide high-quality editing services and a positive experience for every client. Because my work involves dedicating time, expertise, and care to your manuscript, all deposits are non-refundable.

Payment & Deposits

• You may pay a deposit to secure your spot in my schedule, or pay in full upfront.

• Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your project in my calendar.

• The remaining balance (if not paid in full) is due upon completion of services before final files are released.

Refunds

• Refunds for completed work will not be issued.

• If a project is canceled before I begin work, only payments for unstarted work may be eligible for a partial refund at my discretion.

Satisfaction

• My goal is to ensure you’re happy with my edits. I provide detailed notes and clear communication throughout the process to make sure your project gets the attention it deserves.
